Cancellation Policy

Please note that cancellations or rescheduled sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows the time reserved for you to be offered to someone else who may be waiting. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee. If you arrive late, your session may still need to end at the originally scheduled time.
