New Year marks the end and the beginning. We are often cycling in transitions, whether it be relationships, jobs, homes, or hobbies. Some being more difficult than others.

For 2023, I welcome you to join us in this holistic experience that begins with you creating a blueprint for 2023. I will be supporting guests with developing SMART goals for this blueprint to support alignment with your vision.

I have asked my friends to support me in this endeavor so let me introduce you to them.

Chef Kyarra of Ryan's Table has been creating culinary experiences for over 10 years. Via Ryan’s Table, Kyarra’s mission is to use food as a medium for building community and elevating relationships through empowerment. She will be curating a menu to complement this holistic experience.

Tamela is a Massage Therapist, with over 15 years of experience. She has worked in the most respected settings and is well-versed in methods to soften the body. She will be providing chair massages to support this holistic experience.

Vashti Rising, Divine Intuitive Reader, Shakti Belly Dance Instructor, Yogini, Reiki Practitioner. Vashti will be leading us in guided meditation and breathwork. Guiding us to welcome and become more aligned with our vision for 2023.
